They are all very Proffessional Team, I was always looking for a dentist office that was so warming and I finally found it. They make you feel so comfortable during all your visits and the wait is never long. I would highly recommend them to everyone. -Alexis

I went to see him about replacing some dentures, the office staff were very nice. The exam room was dusty and dirty, no protocols were in place for COVID. The Dentist walked in the room picked up my container and took out my broken teeth. The dentist picked up my teeth and said its $3,000 before even submitting to my insurance and when I questioned him and let him know that I had my entire implant surgery for that price. I didn\'t tell him but I had talked to my insurance ahead of time and was told I was covered. He said then pay us half and when I questioned that he got angry and threw my teeth on the counter and stormed out. He didn\'t put my teeth back in the container he took them out of he just tossed them. When I was at the door leaving and the office worker asked what happened, he shushed her and told her to wait until I left.

Excellent. Dr. Chang presented me with several options and the differences between them. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

Dr. Chao is very knowledgeable and patient. He personally cleaned my teeth, thoroughly and skillfully. He also examed my teeth, particularly the problems of my gum and bone loss and gave me sensible advice. His assistant, Rosie, is very helpful, not only skillful but also very considerate and patient.

Dr Sanchez has been my dentist since 2006. I have had a great relationship that entire time. He is considerate and cares about all my dental needs. He takes the time to explain In detail every procedure. He is very kind as I’m an elderly senior (80) His nurse Clarissa is extremely competent. Careful and thoughtful to give ME special treatment. I’m thankful for this wonderful dentist and staff.God bless them.

Despite being an detail reader of reviews, this is my first time writing one like this. Therefore, you may think that there is something a little different going on here. However, before jumping into my review, I must admits, the reviewers below. Without their reviews, I probably would not have known about this dental office. Being relatively new to the area of San Pedro and to my current dental plan, it was actually the overall reviews below (and others less favorable for other dentists) that helped me sort out the choices. Since my previous dentist's first question for me was whether I snored (which I imagine would be challenging since I sleep on my stomach), the reviews below that mentioned "integrity" immediately got my attention. Call me old school, but I prefer my dentist to perform dentistry. Therefore, I was relieved when Dr. Ardalan recommended dental work for me that I could see and feel was necessary. She also intelligently and patiently addressed any questions. Most importantly, during performance of the dental work, there was great concern about minimizing pain and ensuring the effectiveness, comfort and appearance of the results. During the work (and initial cleaning), Dr. Ardalan was well assisted by her dental hygienist a silver color lady who was professional and perhaps more experience than many other Dentists!!. This dental office experience was also made all the more pleasant by the lady at the receptionist, who arranged appointments and handled insurance matters for me. To summarize, having experienced a good deal of dental work (and having managed a number of non-dental operations myself), this office seemed to be the "complete package" in terms of clean, comfortable, professional, and harmonious environments.....Dr. Souzan as they call her there is a very special Doctor.
