Dr. Jenni Nguyen is a great dentist with personalized service. She is very knowledgeable and very helpful. The whole staff is super friendly and make you feel comfortable during your visit. I highly recommend Dentist Jenni Nguyen to family and friends.

This is a true experience from years ago. That’s why I have no surprise to see so many bad reviews for the so called “Dr.” Chunzhu Yu and his Smile Back Dental Group and I’m really surprised that he found his way from China to the US. Overall, he is the worst dentist in the world and a terrible doctor. I had orthodontic experience with Yu when I was a teenager. He grinded off lots of my healthy teeth for the alignment. After a year and half he said the work was done and asked my parent to sign off a document. However after taking off the braces, all my teeth arrangement and occlusion was totally a mess. I have severe problem of occlusion and biting. With the forced signed document, he managed to get away from his misconduct and incompetence. I know that at the same time several teens like me who suffered the same problem as I saw their parents fighting with Yu. I spent another two years to realign my teeth with huge cost and pain and ended up with extremely sensitive teeth the rest of my whole life. As consequences my crown cracks and falls off a little bit from time to time. It was a nightmare with so called “dentist” or “Dr.” Chunzhu Yu. Actually as some other reviewers say he is evil and should belong to hell. I don’t know how he managed his way to the US from his dental clinic 医文齿科in China and got his license in the US. Maybe he was not able to practice anymore with total incompetence. Meanwhile I am really disappointed for the US medical code of ethics and code of misconduct: Poor “doctor” like Yu was able to manage his way in the US to open a clinic and earn millions per year. Such non-ethical, non-competent person did not deserve any business and being called doctor. Yu has brought and is still bringing lots of suffering and pain to lots of people due to his unethics and incompetence (please refer to some other reviews). If you still want your teeth and health, away from this person and his dental and spread your words. What goes around comes around!

After 20 years with a dentist he retired and I had to look for another one. It was very difficult to find a new one but I found in Dr. Helliwell a vry knowledgeable, professional, compsionate, honest, and kind dentist. I am using his services for almost two years and I am very happy with his service.

I had a bad experience with this office. My insurance referred me to this place and they were not able to see my information and I waited for an hour. After that they did my x\'s rays and the doctor just started telling another girl what do I need but she never explained to me anything regarding my situation. I have to take my son with me that day and they did not let him to sit anywhere else besides the waiting room but he is little to let him there so we waited for another hour inside. They just care about the money because they were trying to figure it out what it was going on with my insurance. As I said before the doctor didn\'t explain anything to me. They called me to the front and they said we will call you back because we are still waiting on your insurance they ever called me back jus a waste of time.

As a follow-up reply to the comprehensive treatment plan now concluding, Dr Mahallati went far beyond to comfort me and come into his office on short notice. Why is this so important to me, he delivered everything discussed and with extra safety and security following the protocols in place. Seven months and six visits, I can imagine going anywhere else.

Dr Reddy was the best Dentist ever i miss him so much. He did the best work and NEVER did anything that wasnt needed like ive seen in other offices he cared about his patients and made sure that they were given the best Dental work his work was done to his perfection if he wasnt happy with it and the patient wasnt happy he did it over meaning Crowns Dentures Etc... I worked with him for many years and not just saying it because i worked with him its the truth. I wouldnt go to another dentist or take my boys or Granddaughter to another Dentist because i knew the quality of work he did was excellent. But know that hes in Heaven may he RIP we go to Dr Prasad hes in Santa Fe Springs Dr Reddy told me he was very good and yes he is Just like Dr Reddy. Just want the world to know how much I miss Dr Reddy he had a good heart and was very caring for all his patients. His wife is wonderful Woman and his Boys are very good and respectful and hard workers just like their Dad & Mom...

Dr. Farsio is AMAZING!!!! Fast and zero pain!! BUT... Office staff is a nightmare to deal with!! Pretty much ALL the staff is impossible to deal with! There\'s an asian female I think her name is Liz.. walks about like she\'s a hot shot?! Sorry... but you\'re just a Endo assistant??!! Supervisor/manager doesn\'t matter.. you\'re still just a girl that works at a dental office. Get over yourself and take care of the paying patients in pain???
