\"Dr. Dave\" told my cognitively challenged son with a needle phobia that he was a big baby and needed a diaper change, in front of me and a family friend. Maybe he\'s great with teeth and with nice neurotypical people, but he was a bully to my kind, decent, earnest young-adult son.
