2I was told I had gum disease and needed expensive deep cleanings. I went to a different dentist who said I had no signs of gum disease. I was overcharged for a root canal and crown and the insurance company directed her to refund $340 which 5 months later, she has not. Has not sent my records to new dentist after numerous requests over 5 months. Refused to do my scheduled 6 month cleaning; while I had \"gum disease\".
