Dreadful pain! $14,000 to fix the work and still working on it. In major, unplanned debt and lost months of income. Staff was terrific until I disputed the work, the charges, and showed I was not satisfied. Then they were rude. They offered others that came in drinks and a trip to the bathroom, but ignored us.
