This was my first time seeing Dr. Pyon. It was a great experience. The office is a little small and backroom-y, but this may be due to the fact that it\'s New York City and rent is high. The setting is completely not an issue given that Dr. Pyon herself was competent and efficient, yet at the same time soothing and communicative. The whole checkup process seemed clean and hygienic. Also, Dr. Pyon made sure to tell me the cost of every sub-part of the check before asking for permission to proceed.

He was wearing a mask, but kept pulling it away from his face. He was rude when I said I\'d be getting another opinion. I disclosed a difficult issue, and he made the conversation about himself. He wanted to talk more about medical history than my specific issue. He suggested a pain free diet, but really doesn\'t understand the options.
