Grossman Carrie M DDS

The office and equipment looked old. The office staff and hygienist were pleasant but Dr Grossman herself was not very friendly or personable. When she walked in to the exam room, she did not even stop to say hello or introduce herself. I find that very rude, especially if you are going to have your hands in my mouth! My husband was a patient as well, and received similar treatment. He asked her a question regarding his teeth and she told him they could talk about it at another visit. I do not like a doctor who acts like it is an inconvenience to answer questions or address my concerns.
