The whole experience with the office was awful. I went to the office for a simple cleaning, the hygienist took x-rays and I was told that I had cavities under my fillings and would need porcelain in-lays. I asked to see a bill, she said no I had to pay to the office. I asked if I could see what I was paying for and she said I had to wait until the insurance company worked it out. She made a copy of my debit card and wrote my numbers on a piece of paper. She wanted me to sign it. I feel scammed.
