3Our family never really saw Dr. Gray (or heard him speak much). The wrong color veneers were ordered (bad color); and, not checked before the procedure. However, days later, the office rectified the problem. (Interestingly enough, not long after, our CIGNA insurance was no longer in their network.)

3Dr. Chan is great. She did some crowns for me over the years and they never had any problems. She is a good clinican. Jackie
