Orthodontic nightmare. Waiting room is tiny-standing room only.. kids are run through there lightning fast. Big sign on door says parents cant go back with the kids. Sawaf is only in the room about 10 seconds TOPS & unfriendly & rough with the kids & staff. No plan is discussed. We have been made to go 4-5 months with no attention because we cant get an appointment, even with broken brackets. Scheduled appts are blown off when you get there & rescheduled for 2 more months out. HORRIBLE
