I visited Dr.Byers when I was a little kid (I’m 31 now). Before visiting Dr. Byers office I was physically and emotionally traumatized by another dentist in the Morgantown area. Dr. Byers was so kind and gentle; he always made sure to tell me exactly what he was going to do before he did it. he made me feel safe and called me a super trooper when I was scared. Dr. Byers changed my entire outlook on dental appointments and helped to heal the trauma I suffered by another dentist. I cannot express how he changed the narrative of going to the dentist for me. I remember him to this day because he made such a huge impact on my life. I now go to the dentist cheerfully and with confidence. Thank you Dr. Byers for being a truly caring person and dentist. I hope I can bring my little girl to you one day (even though I don’t live in Grafton).
