4Terrible service. They changed my first appointment three times and then gave me the wrong time. When I show up at the time I was told, I'm told the time was wrong, that it must have been my mistake, that no one was going to see me for at least an hour, and that when someone saw me, I would have to be there for two more hours (for a first appointment only, no treatment). Moreover, when I express my disappointment at their lack of organization, I'm told to just leave, that if I didn't like the way they worked, I should just leave (receptionist name: Hilda). Unbelievable. Worst customer service I've seen. After having to wait a whole month for this appointment (due to their repeated cancelations), and driving all the way there, Iâm told to just leave, like if we have nothing better to do with our time. They have no regard for people's time and they are very disrespectful. Don't even waste your time calling for an appointment. There are much better dentist offices out there.
