Beware of bait and switch. I was given a quote for dental work, FEE, PATIENT, INSURANCE. My portion was underlined and I agreed to proceed. I paid $385. Insurance would pay $400. After the fact I was advised that insurance was wrong. I called the dentist but she won\'t return my calls.
