I was apprehensive as this was my first visit, but was very pleased with the visit. Everything was running on time, very friendly, gentle care. I really appreciated the detailed information and observations with options rather than feeling like they were trying to sell me on the latest technology. I will be back

Dr. Pavolotsky is an excellent dentist. He took the time to explain every procedure he is doing. Dr. Pavolotsky is very supportive, and thorough when explaining the process. He is a professional and has a naturally lovely personality. Dr.Pavoloysky is a great doctor who listens to the patient and takes a care of them. I would recommend Dr. Pavolotsky to everyone. I appreciate him for quality work and understanding.

My experience has been.... iffy because it’s either I’m waiting for a long time or they are not consistent with things. I’ve have issues twice with billing in which once again they dropped the ball. I request for the office manager to call me in regards to the billing issues and I never received a call and this is after I paid my account off. No one wants to help me with the issues and I’m just not happy. I would love to speak with Dr. Kate’s about the issues.
