Charged a very high consultation fee, when others charge nothing. This is non-refundable. They charge an exorbitant rate, more than double everyone else in the area. The orthotics were made so poorly for me that I was in much worse pain after seeing Dr. Klauer, and needed to ask for a refund. I\'ll be getting my TMJ orthotics elsewhere, which will be less expensive and hopefully correct. All told, I wasted over $2,000 for absolutely nothing. This was the non-refundable portion.
