How Patients Feel
POSITIVEPatient Reviews
3I needed two fillings and a cleaning and was told they’d do it all in one appointment. When I got there the doctor said she only had time for one filling. Seriously? Whatever. Got the one filling and paid my $50 co-pay. That filling is shaped weird, like a hump on top of my tooth. Came back for the next appointment which I was told repeatedly would include both the second filling and cleaning. Shouldn’t have been surprised that after one filling she said it was all she had time for and I had to come back again for the cleaning. That was the second $50 co-pay. This second filling is all sharp edges. Came back a third time for the most brutal cleaning (I don’t know what that lady‘s problem is but there was no reason to take it out on my mouth) and was smugly charged a third $50 co-pay. I spent several hours over multiple days and paid $150 in co-pays for mediocre care at best. Save yourself; don’t trust Dr. Marina Dukler.
