This Dr denied by daughter treatment saying she just doesn't qualify. But is referring me to Rutgers school of dentistry that doesn't take insurance . Guess he thinking I'm made if money ,if I was I wouldn't have this crappy insurance and deal with people like him . What kinda kick back is getting from the school???.
My dentist sent a request for authorization to my insurance plan. One tooth with a root canal treatment post/core/crown broke. The post is the only thing that holds the crown to the root. Tooth needs to be retreated by inserting a new post, new core, new crown. I received a denial letter from the dental plan singed by leo russ, dental director. Reason for denial - lack of medical necessity. If this is lack of medical necessity, leo russ lacks brain cells. Typical careerist. Explains why he does paper work instead of actually helping people. Just look at where his practice is listed. He wouldn't be tolerated anywhere else. I've lost function of my mouth because of such careerist like leo russ. I won't allow him to practice dentistry and denied medically necessary procedures. He needs to understand what he does is wrong and unacceptable. Let's see what his paid off buddies the dental mafia board of dentistry will say about this..
Excellent, friendly, reasonable price. Price stayed the same even after the job was done, that's not like other dentists..
I was referred by the NHS and really felt like I got second class treatment. I was sent in and out of the treatment room three times. For a practice that specialises in people who are phobic of dentists, there are a LOT of pictures of rotting teeth around the waiting room. Not a pleasant experience, and I don't normally mind visiting the dentist....

Very nice Dentist place. My daughter had a good appt. Kim showed my daughter the different instruments and did a really good job on my daughter. My daughter wouldn't stop talking about her and the treasure box that they had!.
