Security Park

I am sure that Dr. Thompson is a fine dentist, however while being on time for my first appointment, giving the office person my paperwork (pre-faxed and completely filled out) and her making a copy of my insurance card, I sat in the office for one full hour. During that time no one spoke to me, I was the only one in the waiting room, after the hour was up, I walked out and went to another dentist office and set up an appointment. Like I said, I am sure that Dr. Thompson is a good dentist, however as I am self-employed, my time is as valuable as his, and wasting it waiting is one thing -- not being respected while waiting, is completely different.
