5First visit was told there was one cavity needing filled. Days later when called for price estimate was told there were 12 cavities. Staff could not explain why or how there was a huge miscommunication about one cavity that turned into 12. Days later made an appointment for the original assessment of the one cavity. When arrived for the one cavity to be filled was told that that tooth needed to be extracted and referred to a specialist. Took another set of X-rays just to be sure. They then wanted to fill the 4 cavities not 12. Left office confused and upset. The staff is unprofessional and rude, the dentist mis diagnosed and wasted a lot of time and loss of work wages. Suspicious indeed. Contacted healthcare provider to report.
