Very hard to contact office to schedule an appointment. Left voicemail with not response. Long wait times for appointment..
The office was neat, clean & child friendly. However, once realizing my child seemed to be diagnosed with a cavity upon EVERY ckeaning visit, I chose to get a second opinion. Another Dr found no cavities!!! I even asked "are you absolutely sure?" When I asked Dr Sanchez about this, she became verbally hostile & I was told she was dropping my entire family as patients!.
Dr. Worden was friendly and my daughter seemed comfortable with her exam. This was our first visit and it was in the morning, however we had to wait 30 mins before she was seen..
The office and dental staff are all amazing here. Another great visit. By the way, the crafts you had for the kids in the waiting room looked really creative and fun!.
