We recently relocated from Hawaii and have to say these folks have no idea of aloha. Had a 930 appt and it was past an hr afterwards before I finally stood up and asked how much longer? After it was said & done with hrs later I walked out with ONLY xray results and nothing else done for my painful molar. Jeez with all this time wasted we coulda flown back to Hawaii and had it done AUWE !!

I was overcharged by his office by 600.00 and despite direct correspondence from my dental insurers to refund the amount significantly over the correct out of pocket. It had been over 18 months.

Overall Dr. Sandu is a good physician that provides great care but his office staff is pretty terrible. They NEVER return calls and when you nicely explain your frustration about their lack of followup they politely let you know that you must be mistaken (e.g. \"maybe you called the wrong number\") Will likely switch to a new provider.
