Excellent. From the staff to doctor Reardon they are courteous, understanding and have payment plans for anyone. My son's teeth never looked better. He comes out he greets you. Always has fun things for the little ones. Personally says happy birthday to them. Even the billing department is great. I would recommend him a 100 times over. He's honest! Other dentist try to charge more and put them on at a young age Dr. Reardon suggested to wait until he was 16 at an age he could appreciate it . It's definitely worked. He only has to be in his braces for 18 months. Other dentist were say 2 /3 years. He has had them on since August and his teeth already look beaitiful. Thank Dr. Reardon to you and your wonderful staff. PS the baby tooth brush was an awesome idea..
This is an update in response to Dr. Reardon's comments on my original review. Just because you send your staff for extensive training doesn't make them more friendly. What I think is it makes them more full of themselves. They are unfriendly and gruff. When we come in Tammy doesn't even look up and greet you or say goodbye when you leave. There is always a negative comment about my child's hygiene even when we've just come back from a dental cleaning and had an outstanding report from the dentist and the hygienist. We are not coming for treatment to make friends but a little kindness does go a long way and so does positiveness. Also, when making appointments it's like pulling teeth for one after school. You guys cater to children who are in school. You need to open later and stay later if it's such an issue to get one after 3pm. I was told by the receptionist that we can't always have a late appointment there are other people waiting also. I have friends that take their kids to other orthos and they have never had to pull their kids out of school early. Can't wait for this be over. My child even more..
So. Not. Happy. My daughter got her braces off in 2009. At that time they put in a "permanent" retainer. That retainer is now loose. She went into the office to have it re-cemented. They told her it was fine and charged her a $50 office visit. The "permanent" retainer is STILL loose. They never fixed it. Now they are telling her that it's another $50 office fee AND $200 for a new "permanent" retainer. I'm sorry, but to me permanent means just that and telling me and my daughter that biting into something "wrong" like a crunchy taco can break the retainer. Um...no. That to me means that it wasn't put in correctly to begin with. Orthodontia is expensive enough. But to have to pay and repay for something that is supposed to have a lifetime in the mouth is not acceptable. All she wanted was for it to be re cemented. I truly felt like the office was trying to cover their ass. Not a happy former patient..
I absolutely love coming to him for all my dental needs. He is very friendly and so is his staff. They do a fantastic job and do their very best to make you feel comfortable for a smooth experience. I definitely recommend coming to this dental office. You will be very pleased with your visit..
Dr. Hadley's office is absolutely wonderful! He helped all of our scouts learn about dentistry in a very engaging way. We sincerely appreciate him and his staff..
