5I was scheduled about three months ago for my regular dental hygiene appointment, and got both text and email reminders, as always. About 50 minutes before my scheduled appointment time I got a call from the office to let me know that my hygienist would be about 15 minutes late finishing her previous patient, so I could plan to arrive a bit later instead of waiting there. I have not had such a wonderfully considerate treatment by any other medical or dental practice -- it demonstrates that my time is considered to be valuable. Since all of us live for only a finite time, I believe that a practitioner that does not value my time doesn't value my life much either. The Sandquist practice is an outstanding example of patient care.
