1Worst costumer service experience .The doctor is a charming person.amazing ,kind person , the hygienists too. The lady at the front desk is rude. I called the office because a doubt with my insurance , not knowing how to solve the problem I was talking about, she hung up the phone. She left me talking to myself like an idiot . I call her again and I tried to explain my problem again but she was rudeeeee and aggressive and she hung up again. Apparently she did not understand me in English or Spanish either .Worst experience ever I will not come back. Lack of professionalism on the part of the front desk.I’m so annoyed.
