I like/love my hygienist Kai and Dr. Harrison. However, I had to cancel due to illness and when I rescheduled I got a different hygienist and saw Dr. Benthke. No problem. But his demeanor was not one that has me won over, he talked about me to the he hygienist when I honestly told him that I was not flossing daily. His words were, \"That's why we like you...more business for us..\" He was snide and his lack of care and true concern was very cold. There are many ways to inquire about why someone is not complying with the prescribed protocol. And there are also many people whose lives have been completely disrupted recently. I felt like I wasn't important to him in the least. He didn't bother to find out why. I would not choose to see him again as my dentist. Dr. Harrison 5⭐️. Dr. Benthke 1⭐️
