9my daughter had work done here they went over everything in detail. i knew exactly what to expect both before and after treatment. they took precautions to make her feel safe and keep her safe. the staff was friendly and personable. i would highly recommend going to this office.

1Run, do not walk. Get away as fast as you can. No reminder call for cleanings per corporate office. Six months and I'm supposed to remember? No, I don't keep a calendar or have one of those fancy phones. When they do call you for any reason, they SAY they leave a message. Damn answer machines. How come I don't get messages ONLY from them? When you call in a month later and ask why they didn't call again...since it was to have some needed dental work done, they tell you they have lots of patients and don't do follow up calls. Okay, that's fine. I'll find a dentist who DOES call and jog my memory about an upcoming cleaning and, hopefully, will follow up when they call and don't hear back from me. Thankfully, I wasn't in pain. More cosmetic than necessary but needed to be done. So, RUN, don't walk. Because those 5 girls standing behind the counter talking loud enough that you know they aren't talking business and nobody seems to realize you exist....they apparently don't care that you're being there helps to pay their salary. And, I've visited more than one Greenberg location and this review applies to Mandarin and the Beaches and Regency. So sorry I recommended this group to family and friends. So very sorry.
