1Boldt installed 2 crowns & a bridge. Neither crown fit. I returned twice for crown adjustments. He spent 10 seconds polishing them & left the room. The bridge doesn't fit, is ugly, does not match my teeth, metal is visible under the porcelain, and it juts out from my teeth at an angle. When I said it didn't match or fit, he said it was the best he could do and I'd have to live with it. 18 months later, I am paying an orthodontist, because my bite is ruined. It was fine before his procedures.

1My husband and I went there. Obviously had to jump through hoops of getting our insurance to approve the place as normal. When i went to come back the next month after my consultation for my cleaning I received a call that somehow I was not "assigned" to there location. My husband had just been there a few weeks before with no problem. I had t have the place assigned to us for our first visit. The woman on the phone stated I would have to call to reassign. Irritated at the fact that this has already been done and that she was unwilling to contact the insurance providers (which takes dr offices no time compared to members. I know I work at a dr's office). I called the insurance and after 15 minutes if wait time they HAD TO CALL THE DR OFFICE! I was useless in getting this resolved. Everyone that took direct care of me were great during my consultation however the unhelpful service of the front desk is not worth it
