Originally we were told treatment would take around 2 years, actually took closer to 5. The multi-phase treatment plan was a waste of time and substantial money. 2 sets of braces??? The staff at first was professional, but later additions made me want to request someone else - one in particular made my daughter uncomfortable. Appointment availability in the Gurnee office was just okay as long as you planned way ahead - forget it if you want something last minute.
