My young child’s visit, they didn’t want me yo go back with him. He is 3. Yet, I watched another older child’s dad walk back and stay with them in the back room. They do not return call or answer the phone. Appointments are only during morning (school hours) because the “children are more behaved”. Also, the lady at the front desk is always so miserable and rude. Not a pleasant place for adults let alone children.
