Dr. Echternach has recently retired and the new doctors are not family friendly. I took my 4 and 5 year old for a cleaning today and while I was in the room with one child the doctor snuck in to my other child's room to say hello. After 20 minutes the hygienist's had cleaned both kids teeth and we were ready to go. I was billed $324. Not only did the price of children's cleanings go up, but they snuck in another charge for the doctor to say hello to my kids without me even knowing. Feeling very taken advantage of and will be on the search for a more family friendly/trust worthy dentist.
