Went in because of an infected tooth. The hygienist even told me that you can\'t pull an infected tooth because the numbing medicine will not work, and it didn\'t. She made a very poor judgment call in pulling the tooth. I was literally crying and screaming at the top of my lungs. I\'ve never experienced this type of pain and pray to God I never do again. This should never have happened. I can\'t think of anything less ethical than what just happened.

I am a fairly new patient. My former dentist (Dr Weaver) did not take my new insurance. Dr. Brick is located very close to my house so I decided to give him a try. His staff is professional, knowledgeable and polite. Rae the DH taught how to properly brush my teeth. She did not make me feel stupid. I was more willing to ask questions. So a special shout out to Rae, Yessi and Gail. Thank you. To Dr. Brick-you are an exception to my \"don\'t like Doctors\" rule. Thank you.
