Moore Kids Smile

My kids saw Dr. Moore for several years, until my oldest needed a cavity filled. After an apparent misunderstanding over which procedures would be performed that day, the receptionist informed me that they don\'t talk about procedures to be done (fillings, extractions) in front of the children so as not to have a negative impact on them. She actually said to me \"You wouldn\'t tell them you were taking them to the doctor for a shot, would you?\" An unprofessional and, I feel, unethical approach.
