I love going here for my dental cares...not that I like going to the dentist, but everyone there is so pleasant, caring, professional. Dr Gengo and his assistant Darlene made me feel at ease. They took their time with me and answered thoroughly all my questions and concerns. Thank you so much Dr Gengo and Darlene. I will definitely come to you again if I ever have to have another root canal and I will gladly refer your practice. Thank you so much!.

The office feels outdated and unprofessional, especially for what they charge. To operate the panoramic x-ray, the technician had to literally "jiggle" the cord for 10 minutes... and attempted to remove a filling during the cleaning. I found it a bit abnormal that she asked if I had "any cash of valuables just in case" when we left the exam room for x-rays too..
DO NOT GO THERE!!!! They screw up your teeth!! I went in there for a filling, I end up w. an extract. Then the dentist was careless in the procedure, he break the root of the tooth right next to it. Covering his track, he told to extract the one right next to it also. I refuse, since the x-ray before extraction show it fine. 1 yr later, I went to another dentist, they inform me that one root of the tooth already broke. I have been coming here for years and always have a good experience. My wife and I tried a new place (for insurance reasons) and we were taken back by the lack of consideration of the dental staff and the receptionists. But at WNY Dental Group, they are always welcoming, friendly, and thoughtful. The receptionist/secretary even took the time to call my insurance discount plan to make sure they would cover it and reimbursed $19 to my card. The doctor always makes sure the patient feels comfortable and doesn't jab you 10 times with the needle to numb your mouth like that other place I went to! Rather, she slowly pushes it in and releases it so that you only feel a little pinch. I always have a great and comfortable experience here!
