20I arrived at 1:15 for a 1:30 appointment and didn\'t get called up until 2pm, without any apologies for half hour delay. Milly was wonderful, friendly and welcoming, efficient, explained everything she was doing, very informational. Dr. Marino came in before my teeth were cleaned which I thought was strange. My dentists in the past have always come in after teeth have been cleaned to examine my mouth. I found Dr. Marino to not be warm and welcoming like Milly. I was a new patient, first visit, looking for a new dentist which Dr. Marino was told by Milly but Dr. Marino spent very little time with me with next to no conversation except if I wanted to have implants to which I said no. I will go back for my January cleaning with Milly but will see how Dr. Marino is at that appointment. If she is not warmer and conversive, I may continue my search for a dentist in Lakeland. I also found the facility very depressing. There are no windows are decor in the rooms and walls are painted dark color
