I've never done a review in my entire life but I had to come here to show appreciation to Dr. Le. As I searching around for a skilled dentist who could treat my gum disease, I came across to Dr. Le review, I wasn't a big fan of Yelp review, but I was desperate looking for a good doctor. Based on his five-stars yelp review, I decided to give him a call. I told him I was young who has gum disease, immediately that caught his attention, showing his concern, caring and sympathy towards me, and give so many follow up calls, and willing to offer me consultation due to my severe gum disease condition, he did not want me to waste my money on bad doctor (which he refers as Mikeymouse. At that time, I still did not has 100% faith in him, but because I was desperate, and decided to visit his office for a paying consultation (ended up free consultation). Honestly, I wanted to pay the fee to see him if he was truly what people said on Yelp, not concerned about my teeth anymore. As I arrived at the office about to paying my fee to interview him to see what motivated him to show REAL care, conscientious and sympathy towards his patient, not motivated by money. he told me he wants to enjoy his work, and be a good doctor. then, he started to exam my teeth and told me my case was out of his hand. he would've pretended that he is the expert, and bill me $5,000 for the treatment, but he told me I should see someone who is qualified, and save the money to treatment, not need to pay him consultation fee after spending two hours of his time doing the exam and showing me how to brush and floss my teeth. also, with a bag of the free toothpaste and brush as a gift. I highly recommend this place to anybody looking for a conscientious doctor and trustworthy practice with an incredibly friendly patient staff. you can not go wrong with him, a good doctor who knows what he is specialized, and what he does not know. Dr. Le, I know you were watching. Thank you so much, you really change my view towards professionalism, and what should be done to help people( someone is not even your patient), not chase the money. keep up the good work and spirit. I want to be like you someday be kind to all the people not only your client.
