Explained to me well, told me how to make my teeth better.
Not bad, painless, but long wait time..
I would strongly advise against going to this office. While it appears clean and well-kept, the office is not run in a professional manner. First, there is no dental hygienist, so expect your cleaning to be quick and sub-par. Second, this office cancelled TWO of my appointments within a one-month period (from July to Aug. of 2021). After spending much time and effort in scheduling many appointments that I missed prior to being vaccinated, this cancelling of appointments was not only aggravating, but has created significant hardship for me..
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Wu for many years and I’m extremely satisfied with all of her dental work (cleanings, filling cavities, crowns, etc.). She always does a very thorough job and her pricing is very reasonable. To accommodate patients who have certain dental or aesthetic preferences, or who are on limited budgets, Dr. Wu offers them different options whenever possible. Her patient rooms and reception area are always very clean, and she has decades of dental experience as well as excellent credentials (her diploma from the prestigious NYU College of Dentistry is displayed on her office wall). She is very professional in everything she does, and she's polite and respectful to me every time I'm there. I highly recommend Dr. Wu because she is the best dentist I’ve ever had for general dentistry..
I asked Dr. Kim about the status of the crowns on my front teeth as I worried that they were deteriorating because of age and he assured me that they are fine. He was more preoccupied with teaching his assistant, who he told me is also in dental school, how to do the cleaning/scaling procedure on me at the appointment. I went to a second dentist 2 months later for a second opinion and was told the crowns had been deteriorating for quite some time, and that they were hanging on my one tooth. I was told that my prior appointment (with Dr. Kim) should have raised alarms and now, my condition has worsened requiring root canals, treatment for bacteria, nerve treatment, and replacement of the crowns - all of which should have been caught or prevented by Dr. Kim. Do not sacrifice your health, money, or time, and find another dentist..
