I am going to leave a one star review because they were unprofessional and incompetent. I had to come all the way home from another state only to find out that the dentist took a vacation and I was never contacted even though I called to make an appointment. Apparently they rescheduled everyone and called all the patients. This is a lie. All I was told was to find another place for my procedure and didn't even tell me when my appointment was rescheduled. The staff that work at the front desk (two women) are unorganized, unprofessional, and do not seem to know how the scheduling calendar works. The asian lady that sits at the front desk during weekends and some weekdays does not want to help you and will blow you off. I'm usually not the one to complain, this being my first review. However, this circumtance calls for accountability and I will be contacting the dentist herself to see why these two women at the front desk are not managing the schedules appropriately.
