Dr Yen Dental

Before I begin. I want you to know I hated going to the dentist, but coming here really changed my opinion of going to the dentist... To start off, the waiting room is very welcoming, the lighting is bright so you can see clearly and the receptionists were very nice as they greeted me. Most dental office I went to looks so scary with the dimmed lights and cranky receptionists. But when I entered this dental office I felt different. I didn’t feel scared or just nervous. Here I didn’t mind waiting, but of course I didn’t even have to wait long before I was called in. Dr. Yen and his assistant was not only very professional but also very gentle and always smiling, my previous Dentist didn’t even smile at me, but when I saw Dr. Yen greet me I felt relax and at ease. I got three of my wisdom tooth pulled out at his office, I went a total of 3 times and each time and I enjoyed every minute of my visit which is very rare in a dental office for me. I even can say it was the best experience I had getting my tooth pulled out. Dr. Yen explained the procedure very clearly so that I felt safe that everything will be done well. Dr. Yen and his assistant even asked if the music was ok for me. The music in the patient’s room was very soothing to listen and other times it was nice rocking out to the music too! It was like a different experience every time! Overall, from the warm receptionist to the gentle Dentist, even if this office was in Chinatown I will happily make the trip there because every time I visit I feel very happy with my experience! Which again is very rare for a dental visit! If you are nervous about the Dentist always and didn’t have a good experience with your previous Dentist then I recommend you go to see Dr. Yen!
