5I helped build this practice from my clients complimenting my teeth. We asked for a quote first due to financial hardship from a broken neck from a truck collision and inability to work from it on two fillings. We were told it was $40. I only needed two fillings per my endodontist who just did two root canals from trauma to my teeth from a collision. We came out with the front desk lady Candice telling us that they took my Cigna insurance. After arriving the $40 quote for two fillings turned in to us totally being taken advantage of, to a charge of over $400 dollars. William Stringham did unnecessary work that wasnt needed when we told tthem I couldnt afford before hand, actually charged us for re doing very good quality work with out asking me ,that I just had done by a competent endodontist the week before. We had just paid $800 worth of root canals the previous week and the teeth only needed fillings. They even billed us for even more money on top of that because Candice said that my Cigna insurance didnt cover all of the bill. We were mailed a bill for even more charges and again told Candice that I had severe health problems and couldn't afford this. We sent a check on time,paid on time, called her, AND had to set up a payment plan in righting with her and told her again of our financial problems and told her again that initially she told me it was going to be $40 and were outraged.
