I wish I could solely focus on the commendable service provided by Dr. Noumy and several front staff members, but unfortunately, Mr. Richard McCauley's shockingly unprofessional behavior demands attention. His condescending attitude and apparent lack of interest in genuine patient interaction are nothing short of an affront to those seeking quality care. It's a disservice to the entire practice that someone who refuses to ask essential follow-up questions or maintain a basic level of courtesy represents them at the front desk. It's baffling how such a reputed dental office tolerates such glaring incompetence in their staff. The management should seriously reconsider whether Mr. McCauley is the right fit for a patient-facing role, lest his behavior tarnishes the reputation of the entire establishment..
