After having a horrific experience with my dentist a few years back...I had been skeptical to go to another one. Unfortunately, my infected and broken tooth forced me to go back. Although the experience was not comfortable and rather painful, my dentist and his assistant were so kind and calming. Braddock Family Dental has gone out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable. I have already recommended my family to go see Dr. Cho. I have TMJ so dental visits always leave me sore. Not this time. I have had the gentlest teeth cleaning ever and my jaw did not ache at all. I didn't know that was possible. Now my teeth feel so clean. I wish I could solely focus on the commendable service provided by Dr. Noumy and several front staff members, but unfortunately, Mr. Richard McCauley's shockingly unprofessional behavior demands attention. His condescending attitude and apparent lack of interest in genuine patient interaction are nothing short of an affront to those seeking quality care. It's a disservice to the entire practice that someone who refuses to ask essential follow-up questions or maintain a basic level of courtesy represents them at the front desk. It's baffling how such a reputed dental office tolerates such glaring incompetence in their staff. The management should seriously reconsider whether Mr. McCauley is the right fit for a patient-facing role, lest his behavior tarnishes the reputation of the entire establishment..
