5Receptionist was rude not on one visit, but two. They treat patients with disregard and have little no to no concern for patients needs. On both visits the office failed to send paperwork to my mothers insurance company (I happened to make the drive with her both occasions), and once she asked if they could re send the receptionist decided to ignore her instead. I’m very disappointed with their unethical behavior. I addressed the issue with Dr Dutt and his reply was that he has never had a complaint, thus he ignored my concerns. I truly don’t recommend this dentistry since they have no concern for their patients needs and concerns.
