Went in on March 30, 2022 as a victim of brutal assault in 2016. I am a beneficiary through California Victim Crime Board, and Denti Cal. Going thru alot of dental pain yet haven't heard back nor did I receive diagnosis report with ICD10 Codes. During the visit I was constantly by passed too treat others.
DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE! I went in to ask for copies of my xrays The price was $35 which I happily agreed to pay, I handed over my card when the older lady at helping me asked if I had cash which I did so I handed her $100 she gave me my change. She later calls me and tells me she accidentally gave me back the $100along with my change. I explained to her that she did not, she then proceeded to call me a thief and tells me that God punishes thieves! Most unprofessional experience of my life.
The receptionists treat patients with disrespect a have little to no concern about the patient’s needs. When asking them to have paperwork faxed over to insurance she ignored my request. I spoke to the dentist about this issue and he too disregarded her behavior..
