I have had a positive experience every time I bring my 3 sons to visit Dr Unterseher. From the very beginning, I was given a tour of their facility and even got to watch Dr Unterseher work on my boys. This put any doubts I had at ease and made me feel comfortable. He explains the treatment plans and goals in great detail, and includes me in on the decisions that need to be made. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and upbeat. But we miss the happy receptionist who use to work the front desk at the 104th/Federal location. I feel bad that her name has escaped my mind but she would always put a smile on my family's faces. My sons never had any complaints nor have they ever been reluctant to come to any appointments. I'm also thankful for their payment plans......because fitting 3 kids with braces....ALL AT ONCE :/ can cost a pretty penny no matter where I go. They even offer discounts for multiples. Thanks to all of you! Love this place and will definitely recommend to others in need of a straight smile.
