The service provided by the staff and Dr. Burgess is outrageous. Upon contacting the company to setup a appointment for my 2 kids age 3 and 4 I was denied services and advised several times of a note on my daughters account. No one was will to give me a explanation why she was not allow or any appointment from myselft and I have never been to this facility before a day in my life. My daughter who has had services there was taking by her aunt. I confirmed this wasn\'t due to a outstanding balance.
