My biggest complaint is that Dr. Damiani\'s staff is hostile, and I don\'t know why. It is starting to overshadow Dr. Damiani\'s natural warmth and dedication. They faxed blood orders twice that weren\'t received at my local lab. They admit that a lot of places don\'t get their faxes and yet behave as if this is my fault. They won\'t email or snail mail me the blood order.
