Absolutely not! June 2, 2020 I went back to Dr. Prather because a crown she recently installed had fallen off. They would not look at the tooth unless I paid $70 before examining the problem for \"X-rays\". Not only did she refuse to fix her shoddy work unless we paid another $1,100 - which she wanted up front because our insurance would not pay for it a second time - she said there would be additional work to \'trim the gum line\'. This was all B.S. Then the billing fraud started. They submitted the appointment I paid for to my insurance and were paid a second time for this bogus appointment. Recommend you not go here unless there is no other Dentist in Tennessee! Today I brought it to their attention and was told they did me a \"favor\" submitting it to the insurance. Perfectly happy to commit fraud and collect twice. We went to our regular dentist and the extra work was unnecessary, and they fixed it right. Had it done right for less than Dr. Prather. :-(
