My clients appointment was at 10:30am, he wasn’t seen until just before 12pm!!!! He only needed a few fillings, at 2pm he said it would be another 10 minutes, he didn’t finish until 3:20!!!!..... 3:20PM!!!!!!!!! A few fillings should not take half a day. This isn’t the first time, last week I came with a different client who had a 10am appointment and the doctor didn’t even arrive at the office until AFTER 12pm. The excuse the receptionist gave was “His granddaughter was married last night”. Absolutely ridiculous.
