4Hmm, did not find them either compassionate or informative. Maybe not even competent, as they did not impart concrete advice or explanations when complex requests were being made. In those moments you were no longer human, but a duck in the ditch, looked down upon, ordered and powerless. Although young front desk fellows were friendly, going back would be an insane idea.
