A predator. Incompetent work, motivated by greed exclusively. Could care less about the poor work he does or the pain and suffering, in the short and long term, that his 'work' results in. He especially predates on immigrants it appears. All promise, no delivery. But payment up front and in full, of course. You are not powerless. If you were a victim of Dr Selzer and M&M Dental Office PC, contact the NY Office of Professions and make a formal complaint against him. Next, contact the NY State Attorney General's Office. Easy online complaint filing. If you don't have internet access, there is a phone number to call. Don't give up.
