We had read great things about Dr. Lal prior to scheduling a "first visit" appointment for our 2.5-year-old son, and were not disappointed. From Sharon, the receptionist, to Dr. Lal himself, everyone on the 'team' was pleasant, professional, and accommodating. Dr. Lal and his staff have a great manner with both patients and parents, and took the time to explain things as directly and clearly as possible. The office is state-of-the-art, very bright, and very kid-friendly, and is in a nice location off-the-beaten-path on the UWS. Looking forward to our next visit when it's time!!
